Our Story

We started EleWave with a simple observation:

• Traditional LMS platforms are built for administrators—not learners.
• They’re isolated, and often ignored.

While working as an employee in an Enterprise and then as Engineering manager inside a Scaleup, we saw an opportunity to bring learning to where people already are: Slack. Our team of educators, engineers, and workplace strategists came together to build a learning experience that feels like part of your team—not just another tool.
