We're building the future of microlearning and are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to help us nurture our growing user base. Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage a vibrant micro-community space on platforms like Slack or Circle.
  • Host engaging activities such as lightweight learning challenges, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, and feedback jams.
  • Cultivate a positive community spirit by celebrating member wins and encouraging active participation.
  • Gather valuable insights from community interactions to inform our product development and content strategy.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment where users feel empowered to learn from each other.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in managing online communities or brand communities.
  • A genuine passion for EdTech, the Future of Work, and/or remote team building.
  • A friendly and empathetic communication style with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken) is essential for working with our diverse international and Dutch-speaking clients, partners, and communities.

  • Experience in growing a community on Slack or Circle.
