Description
If we believe learning happens best in community — we should live that. We’re looking for an early Community Manager to help nurture a growing user base, create engaging conversations, and foster peer learning around microlearning and future-of-work themes.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage a micro-community space (Slack, Circle, or similar).
- Host lightweight learning challenges, AMAs, and feedback jams.
- Celebrate member-wins and encourage active participation.
- Gather insights from the community to inform product and content.
- Create a welcoming environment where users learn from each other.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience managing online communities or brand communities.
- Passion for EdTech, Future of Work, or remote team building.
- Friendly, empathetic communication style.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in growing a community on Slack or Circle.
Please note:
- Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken) is required for this role. You'll be working with both international and Dutch-speaking clients, partners, and communities.
