Customer Success Specialist (Early Phase)

Help our early adopters love EleWave Learn from day one. We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who can support onboarding, build relationships, collect feedback, and turn users into champions.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new teams and guide them through the onboarding journey.
  • Provide hands-on support through Slack or quick calls.
  • Collect user feedback and pass insights back to the product team.
  • Help create internal resources like quick-start guides, FAQs, and micro-tutorials.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding usage within client teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS Customer Success, Onboarding, or Support.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously and using Slack.
  • Excellent communication skills — empathetic and proactive.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Slack apps, EdTech platforms, or remote team onboarding.

Please note:

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken) is required for this role. You'll be working with both international and Dutch-speaking clients, partners, and communities.
