SDR (Outbound Sales Focus)

We’re building a smarter way to learn at work — and we need you to help others discover it. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers (startups, scaleups, remote-first teams) and introducing them to EleWave Learn.

Responsibilities

  • Research, qualify, and connect with potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and Slack communities.
  • Book discovery meetings and demos for the founders.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outbound messaging with brand voice.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and track key metrics (response rate, meetings booked, etc.).

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in SaaS B2B outbound sales preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills and a hunter mindset.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an async remote environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Bonus: Knowledge of EdTech, HR Tech, or Slack-based tools.

Please note:

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken) is required for this role. You'll be working with both international and Dutch-speaking clients, partners, and communities.
